We are so thankful and grateful to come to Valley Family Center with our marriage challenge. We feel we have learned a lot from each other at the Center and grown a lot during our sessions. It has really helped us develop a more hope filled outlook.

I love coming to my weekly session with my therapist. It really helps me with making new friends at school and I feel less shy.

Violence is never the answer. And that you should always be yourself and not care what people say about you.

When you get mad you can calm yourself by listening to music or to think about something else. Also I learned that talking with someone else about your problems can help you take them off your head and not think about it a lot.

The material has been super useful and the group has been a bright experience while going through a dark time. I appreciate the support and sense of community.
